All high fashion shades and color corrections require a consultation in order to provide an accurate quote.

Color prices include a toner and blowdry. All color treatment prices are a starting price and should be used as a guide only. Price will be confirmed before salon service commences.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your hair after your visit, we invite you to return to our salon within 7 days from the date of your appointment. Our skilled and dedicated team will be delighted to work with you to ensure that your hair aligns perfectly with your vision, at no additional charge.

Your happiness and confidence in your hair is of utmost importance to us and we are dedicated to making sure you always leave our salon happy.

 * We love providing our guests with the best professional color brands available. It is important to understand that professional color needs to be supported at home with professional after care. The guarantee on our color work will only be applicable if you are using our salon professional home hair care products recommended to you to at your visit. 

At Fluid, we value the time of all our clients as well as our stylists. At the time of making your booking, we will either send you a SMS with a secure link that will request you enter your credit card details or phone you directly to process a booking deposit of $100 over the phone. When utilising the sms link, your card details are not visible to us nor anyone else. Card details must be entered or a booking deposit paid via phone in order to complete the booking process and secure your booking.

We send a confirmation request via SMS a minimum of 48hrs prior to your upcoming booking and we ask that you please respond as all unconfirmed appointments will be removed from our system in order to accommodate guests on our wait list.

You can reply with Yes/No/Y/N to this confirmation text. Please refrain from writing additional text or messages as unfortunately we do not receive these, your reply goes direct to our booking system. Please contact the salon direct to change or alter an appointment.

Please don’t confirm or cancel your booking via our social media channels as there is the possibility this may be missed. To avoid a fee, we kindly ask that a minimum of 24 hrs notice is given to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Unfortunately, if adequate notice is not given to change or cancel your appointment, or in the event you miss your appointment, a cancellation fee of 40% will be automatically charges to your card.
